Artemis Land & Agriculture (“Artemis”) confirms that it has now submitted a planning application for its Whole Farm Plan, which is subject to validation by Chichester District Council (“the Council”).
Once the submission has been validated, all relevant reports and documents relating to the application will be published by both the Council and Artemis on their respective websites.
The Whole Farm Plan seeks to regenerate Crouchlands Farm through focusing on the three key tenets of enterprise, environment and education. Specifically, the proposal includes high welfare, low impact and low intensity farming activity, mixed use rural diversification development, rural food and bespoke retail opportunities, educational facilities, and a range of leisure uses, including glamping.
